Stuffed Rava / Semolina Cutlets are easy to make. This recipe consumes less time. You can make them in kitty and birthday parties.
1/2 Cup Rava / Semolina
1tsp Black Pepper
100g Grated Paneer
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander
2tsp Finely Chopped Green Chili
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Boil 300ml water in a
Add black pepper, salt
and stirring continuously add rava on medium high flame.
Cook till it forms a
Switch off the flame and
allow it to cool.
Add paneer, onion,
coriander, green chili, salt and black pepper and mix well.
Take handful of covering,
flatten with palm, fill 1tbsp filling and cover and seal it properly.
Note: Wet hands with
water and smoothen it applying little water.
Prepare all like this.
Deep fry in hot oil on
high flame till they become crispy.
With the help of a spoon
flip them as they are little heavy.
The cutlets will take
time for frying (about 7-8 minutes).
Take them out on a plate
