  200 Gm APF (Maida)

  75 Ml Oil

  1 Tsp Salt

  1 Pinch Baking Soda

  1/2 Tsp Carrom Seeds (optional)

  Red Food Color

  Green Food Color

Add salt, baking soda in maida and mix well.

Add oil and mix it well till it gathers in palm.

Make a hard dough using warm water.

Divide the dough in three equal parts.

Add red food color in one part and mix it well.

Add green food color in other part.

Add green food color in other part.

Now we have three coloured doughs: Red, green and white. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Colourful doughs are ready!!!

First roll the white dough into 8 inch diameter disc.

In the same way roll green and red dough into 8 inch diameter disc.

First place red color disc and apply some water on it.

Place white color disc and again apply water.

Place green color disc and roll again till it becomes 10inch diameter disc.

Roll it in a tight log and seal it with water.

Cut in thin slices.

Beautiful swirls are ready for frying!!

Deep fry them in hot oil on medium low flame.

Take out them. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
