Cooking Method :   

1/2 Cup Maida (APF)

  1/4 Cup Besan (Gram Flour)

  2tbsp Rava (Semolina)

  1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar

  1/3 Cup Ghee (Clarified Butter)

  (Keep in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes)

  1/4 Cup Thandai Powder

  1/4 tsp Baking Soda

  1tsp Pista Flakes

Add sugar, ghee in a bowl and mix it with hands.

Add maida, besan, rava, thandai powder, baking soda and mix it. Prepare a dough. (Don't overknead)

Prepare small lemon size balls from the dough. Place them on a baking tray.

Place 2-3 pistachio flakes on them and press them gently.

Nankhatais are ready to bake.

Bake them at 180 degree for 15-17 minutes in preheated oven.

Take out them out and allow to cool on wire rack.

Thandai Nankhatais are ready to eat!!!
