Soya Or Tofu Bullets

Tofu cutlets are very healthy. So indulge in these shallow fried tofu cutlets.

300g Tofu

1/2 Cup Boiled and Mashed Potatoes

1/2 Cup Fresh Bread Crumbs

1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion

1tbsp Grated Ginger

1tbsp Chopped Green Chili

1tsp Black Pepper

1tsp Salt

Crumble and mash tofu with hands.

Add potato, bread crumbs, green chili, ginger, black pepper and salt. Mix it well.

Make bullet shape with the mixture.

Shallow fry tofu bullets on low flame in a non-stick pan.

Switch off the flame and take them on a plate.

Enjoy the healthy tofu bullets with any chutney, sauce or dip.
