  1 + 1/2 Cup Fresh Chopped Coriander

   1 Cup Gram Flour (Besan) + more if needed

   1 Tbsp Ginger Green Chili Paste

   1 Tsp Red Chili Powder

   1/ 2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

   1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

   1 Tsp Salt

   2 Tsp Oil

   1/4 Tsp Baking Powder

   1/2 Tsp Carom Seeds

Add coriander, gram flour, ginger chili paste and all spices.

Mix it with hand and add water and gram flour if needed.

Grease hands, dough and board with oil.

Roll it in 1/2 inch thick disc.

Grease the sieve plate and keep the disc on it.

Steam it for 10 minutes on high flame and for more 5 minutes on low flame Add.

Check it with toothpick.

Cut the disc into small squares.

Fry in hot oil for 2 minutes on high flame.

Take out them on a plate.

Enjoy hot and crispy Kothimbir Vadi.
