Cheese Grilled Sandwich

Bombay grilled Sandwich, with lots of cheese and covered with a variety of vegetables, making it very healthy to eat and easy to prepare. So try it at home and can also be served to guest and friends.

6 Triangle Bread Slices

    1Cup Boiled Sliced Potato

    1/2 Cup Sliced Capsicum

    1Cup Sliced Tomato

    1Cup Sliced Onion

    1Cup Sliced Cucumber

    1/4 Cup Butter

    100g Cheese

    1/4 Cup Green Chutney

    1/4 Cup Garlic Chutney

    1/2tsp Salt

    1tsp Sandwich Masala

Apply butter on three bread slices.

Apply green chutney on one, garlic chutney on other and keep the third as it is.

Place potato and capsicum on one slice.

Place onion, cucumber and tomato on other slice.

Sprinkle sandwich masala and salt over the vegetables.

Carefully place one slice over the other and grate cheese.

Cover it with the third bread slice.

Apply some butter over it.

Grill it in a griller for 5-7minutes.

Switch off the griller and take it out and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.

Enjoy hot cheesy and crispy grilled sandwich!!!
