Mango Falooda

Ice-Creams and Kulfi (Frozen Dessert)

  1Cup Whole Milk

  5-6 Vanilla Ice-cream Scoops

  1/2 Cup Mango Chunks

  1/2 Cup Soaked Chia Seeds (sabza/basil seeds)

  1/2 Cup Mango Pulp

  1/2 Cup Homemade Falooda Noodles

  1tbsp Pistachio Flakes

Take mango pulp and milk in a mixer jar and blend for a minute.

Take a serving glass and place mango chunks in the bottom of the glass.

Add chia seeds, ice-cream scoops, falooda noodles and mango shake.

Repeat this process till the glass is filled completely.

Garnish with mango chunks and pistachio flakes.

Enjoy mango falooda with family and friends.
