1L Whole Milk

 1/2 Cup Sugar

 14-15 Mini Gulabjamuns

 2tbsp Milk Powder

 1tbsp Cornflour

 1tbsp Pistachio Flakes

 1tbsp Almond Flakes

 A few strands of Saffron

 1/4tsp Cardamom Powder

Boil milk in heavy bottom pan.

Stir occasionally.

Add saffron strands and let it boil at medium low flame.

Take a bowl add, milk powder, corn flour and milk and mix well.

Add it in the boiling milk and stir well.

Remove the malai from the side of the vessel and mix it with the milk, it will give the texture of malai granules in the Kulfi.

Add sugar and stir continuously on high flame for 5 minutes.

Switch off the flame, add almond flakes, pistachio flakes and cardamom powder and allow it to cool.

Put a Gulab Jamun in the Kulfi mould, fill with the prepared Kulfi milk and add 3-4 chopped Gulb jamun pieces.

Keep in deep freezer for 7-8 hours.

Demould and enjoy the Kulfi.
