Crispy Fried Vegetables is an Indo chinese starter which can be made in minutes. It is a hot, spicy and crispy dish.

  2 Onion (cut in cubes)                

 1/4 Red Chili Paste

  4 Baby Corn (cut in diagonally)   

1tsp Salt

  4 Roughly Chopped Mushrooms  

1tsp Black Pepper

  5-6 Florets of Cauliflower           

 1tbsp Sweet red Chili Paste

  5-6 Florets of Broccoli                  

  1/2 Cup APF (maida)                  

1tbsp Tomato Ketchup

  1/2 Cup Corn Flour                   

 1tsp Soya Sauce

  1/4 Ginger Green Chili Paste       

1 tsp Vinegar

Red Food Color (optional)

Add maida, corn flour, ginger-chili paste, red chili paste, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.

Add water and prepare a thick batter.

Here you can add a little red food color as shown in the video.

Add all the vegetables and mix well till the batter completely coat the vegetables.

Fry them in hot oil on medium flame and make sure the vegetables are cooked properly.

Take them out when they become crispy.

Fry all the vegetables as shown in the video.

Heat oil in another pan, add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, salt and black pepper and

mix it.

Add all fried vegetables and mix.

Hot, Spicy & Crispy Fried Vegetables are ready!!
