Bread Crumbs

Bread crumbs are very easy and quick to make. Many dishes require bread crumbs which are not easily available in the market. So, I am giving the recipe of four different types of bread crumbs which can be used for making cutlets, thickening gravy, binding, etc.

Basic Ingredients

Cooking Method :   

  4 Dried Bread Slice

  4 Fresh Bread Slice

  4 Toast

  4 Fresh Bread Slice

Cut the edges of the bread.

Grind bread in a mixer jar.

Spread it on a baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degree for 5 minutes.

They are now ready, allow to cool and store in an air-tight container.

Dry the bread in shade for 3-4 days. Grind it in a mixer jar and make a coarse powder.

Store it in an air-tight container.

For instant bread crumbs, grind the toasts in the mixer jar.

For fresh bread crumbs, cut the edges of the bread.

Grind in a mixer jar.

Different types of bread crumbs are ready.
