Whole Wheat Burger Buns

We love bread, buns and their food items, but maida bread and buns are not good for health. So here I have given a recipe video of 100% whole wheat homemade buns, which are easy, healthy and super soft.



Preparation And Cooking Time

Cooking Method :   

2 Cup Whole wheat Flour

  2 tbsp Honey

  1 tsp Salt

  1 + 1/2 tsp Instant Dry Yeast

  2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  1 Cup Milk Luke Warm

  1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

  Extra flour if needed

Add salt, yeast and honey in flour. Mix with hands.

Add milk and make a smooth dough. If needed add more water.

Take oil on platform and knead the dough with stretch and pull method for 9-10 minutes.

Collect the dough and make a ball.

Keep the dough in a greased bowl. Cover it with cling film and keep aside on warm place for 50-60 minutes for first proving.

After 60 minutes the dough has doubled in size.              

Punch the dough.

Take out on platform and divide the dough in 5-6 equal parts.

Make balls from the dough with greased hands.

Prepare all like as shown in the video.

Cover it with a kitchen towel and keep on a warm place for second proving. (25-30 minutes)

Brush them with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Bake them in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes at 200 degree.

Brush them with melted butter. Let it cool and demould.
