Rava Toast Sandwich

Rava Bread Toast is a new and creative way to serve bread to family and guests. It is very easy and simple and can be made with very few ingredients which are easily available in the kitchen pantry. It can be made in no time and everybody will love it.



Preparation And Cooking Time

Cooking Method :   

  8-9 Bread Slices

  1 Cup Semolina / Rava

  1/2 Cup Curd

  1/2 Cup Finely chopped onion

  2 Green Chili Finely chopped

  1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander

  1/2 Cup Grated Carrot

  1 Tbsp Grated Ginger

  2 Tbsp Butter

  Black pepper and salt to taste

Add semolina, curd, carrot, onion, coriander, green chili, ginger, black pepper and salt in bowl.

Mix with spoon and add water to make a thick paste. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

Mix it again. Place a spoon full semolina batter on breads and spread evenly.

Heat nonstick tava and toast breads using with butter on medium low flame.

Gently press with spatula. Flip to the other side and toast it adding butter on the sides.

Turn and check if they are cooked. It should turn light Brown colour.

Remove from tava and cut with a sharp knife or pizza cutter. Serve with tomato ketchup.

Delicious Rava Bread Toast is ready to eat.
