Cooking Method :   

  1 +1/ 2 Cup Sprouted Moth (Matki / Turkish gram)

  1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion                

  1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Tomato           

  1 Tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste                  

  1 Tsp Chopped Green Chili                  

  1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds                          

  1 Tbsp Oil                                             

 2 Tsp Red Chili Powder

 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

  1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

  Salt to Taste


For Assembling-

  1 Cup Farsaan

 Lemon Slices

  Fresh Coriander

  Pav (Bread)

  1/2 Cup Chopped onion

Add moth, 1 cup water, and salt in a pressure cooker.

Cook it till two whistles.

Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook.

Add chili and cook for a minute.

Add onion and cook till they becomes brown.

Add coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for a minute.

Add tomato, little water, cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

When tomato are cooked properly, add boiled moth, 500 ml water and cook more for 7-8 minutes on low flame.
