1 1/2Cup Fried Chana (Specially
made for chana jor garam)
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Tomato
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Nylon Sev
2 Finely Chopped Green Chili
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander
1/2tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2tsp Chaat Masala
Salt to Taste
If Fried Chana is not available in the market you can make it at home by
following the given recipe :-
-Soak chana (black chickpea) overnight.
-Pressure cook in salted water till 6-7 whistles.
-Drain out the water.
-Press the chanas with a heavy object.
-Sun dry them for 3-4 days.
-Fry them in hot oil and use as given in the recipe.
