Sweet corn cream soup is a healthy soup loaded with vegetables. It is made in very few and simple steps which tastes like restaurant soup. It is good for kids.
3/4 Cup Boiled Sweet Corn (For
1/4 Cup Boiled Sweet Corn
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Carrot
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped
Salt to taste
1tsp Black Pepper
1tbsp Corn flour
1tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Make a smooth puree with 3/4cup corn and little water.
Heat butter in a pan. Sauté carrot and corn for a minute.
Add capsicum and cook for a minute.
Add 800ml water and bring it to boil. Add corn puree to it and let it boil.
Add black pepper and salt and mix well. Mix water in the corn flour and add
in the soup.
Boil till it thickens.
Add vinegar, boil for a minute and switch off the flame. Serve hot.
