Sabudana Vada

Crispy Aloo Paneer Sabudana Vadas are good for fasting days. It provides you energy for the whole fasting day. You can also have them in your tea time with your family and friends.

Fasting Food

Cooking Method :   

 1/2 Cup Sabudana (Sago Soaked for 2hours)

        100g Homemade Paneer (Cottage Cheese)

        2 Boiled Medium-sized Potato

        2 Finely Chopped Green Chili

        1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander

        1tsp Black Pepper

        1tsp Rock Salt (Sendha Namak)

Grate potato and paneer.

Add soaked sabudana, green chili, coriander, salt and black pepper.

Mix well and make it dough like. Grease the plastic sheet and the rolling pin.

Roll the dough and cut with a doughnut cutter or as you wish.

Cover it with a cling film and keep in fridge for 2-3hours.

Fry in hot oil on high flame. Take out them and serve hot.
