1/2 Cup Sabudana (Sago Soaked for
100g Homemade Paneer (Cottage
2 Boiled Medium-sized Potato
2 Finely Chopped Green Chili
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh
1tsp Black Pepper
Grate potato and paneer.
Add soaked sabudana, green chili, coriander, salt and black pepper.
Mix well and make it dough like. Grease the plastic sheet and the rolling
Roll the dough and cut with a doughnut cutter or as you wish.
Cover it with a cling film and keep in fridge for 2-3hours.
Fry in hot oil on high flame. Take out them and serve hot.
