Besan Laddoo is the most common sweet among the Indian.The ratio and proportion used to make varies from people to people which leads to different taste and shape. In this video we are showing the best and easy way to prepare Laddoos so that any one who sees them gets a craving to eat more than one.

Add ghee and besan in a heavy bottom pan.

Roast the besan on low flame.

In starting, it will be dry and later on it will start releasing ghee.

The colour has started to change.

After 20-25 minutes, the mixture will start leaving the ghee.

Switch off the flame and transfer it in a bowl.

Let it cool for 6-7 hours.

After 6-7hours, scrap it, add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well both hands.

Mash the gram flour mixture with the hands till it converts into a dough.

Add almond flakes and mix well. Make laddu from the mixture.
