  300 Gram Maida (Apf)

  1+ 1/2Tsp Instant Yeast

  1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar

  1 Tsp Salt

  1 Tbsp Olive Oil/ Butter

  Fresh Coriander/ Kasuri Methi

Mix maida, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.

Add water and make a soft & sticky dough.

Grease the worktable with oil. Knead the dough with pull and stretch method for 7-8 minutes.

Collect the dough and make a ball.

Grease the bowl and dough with oil. Cover and keep in warm place for 40-60 minutes.

Remove the lid and punch the dough.

Make a log and divide into 12 pieces. Prepare small balls.

Dust work table with flour. Roll it with rolling pin. Spread some fresh coriander and roll it again.

Prepare all kulchas like shown in the video. Cover it and keep aside for 20 minutes. (Second Proving)

Remove the kitchen towel and bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes on 200 degree Celsius.

Hot and super soft kulchas are ready.
