1/2 Cup soaked sago (3 hours) Sabudana
3 Boiled medium sized grated potato
1/2 Cup Tomato Julienne
1/2 Cup Green Capsicum Julienne
1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
1/3 Cup Fresh Cream
1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes
1/2 Tsp Oregano
Add half quantity of
grated potato and fresh cream. Mix well.
Add salt and pepper
powder. Mix well. Switch off the flame.
Add sabudana, potato,
salt, pepper powder and make a dough.
Make two balls from the
Grease a plastic sheet
and make a disc by pressing the dough.
Grease the tava and cook
Cover it and cook for 5
minutes on low flame.
Spread the potato cream
mixture evenly on it.
Place tomato and capsicum julienne.
Sprinkle chili flakes and
oregano. Drizzle little ghee on it. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
Uncover it and enjoy
