  1/2 + 1 Cup Gram flour (150 gr)

  2oo Gram Condensed Milk

  1/2 Cup Clarified Butter (Ghee)

  1/2 Cup Milk

  1 Tbsp Pistachio Flakes

  1 Tbsp Almonds Flakes

  1/2 Tsp Cardamom

Add 1 tbsp milk in gram flour and rub with palm till it looks like crumbs.

Sieve it with siever as shown in the video.

Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan. Add gram flour and roast on low medium flame for 15 minutes.

Roast until the colour starts to change in brownish red.

Add a pinch of red orange colour (Optional). Add cardamom powder.

Add condensed milk stirring continuously on low flame.

Add rest of milk and mix continuously.

Pour in a greased tray and flatten it.

Sprinkle almonds and pistachio flakes and press them gently.

Cut into squares.
