Masala dosa is a famous south Indian food which does not need any introduction. It can be prepared at home in a easy manner with homemade dosa batter. With this recipe enjoy crispy masala dosa at home any time.
Heat oil in
a pan. Crackle mustard seeds.
leaf, onion and green chili. Stir it.
spices. Add potatoes. Mix and mash them.
tava with butter or oil and wipe with a tissue paper.
tava should neither be very hot nor cold.
Note: - Dosa
batter consistency should be like shown in the video.
Pour a big
spoonful dosa batter on the tava and spread it with the same spoon or any flat
over sides of the dosa. At this point the flame should be high.

stuffing on dosa and fold it from both the sides.
