Masala Dosa

Masala dosa is a famous south Indian food which does not need any introduction. It can be prepared at home in a easy manner with homemade dosa batter. With this recipe enjoy crispy masala dosa at home any time.

Cooking Method :   

Heat oil in a pan. Crackle mustard seeds.

Add curry leaf, onion and green chili. Stir it.

Add all spices. Add potatoes. Mix and mash them.

Grease the tava with butter or oil and wipe with a tissue paper.

Note:-The tava should neither be very hot nor cold.

Note: - Dosa batter consistency should be like shown in the video.

Pour a big spoonful dosa batter on the tava and spread it with the same spoon or any flat bottomed bowl.

Pour oil over sides of the dosa. At this point the flame should be high.

Spread 1tsp butter on dosa. (This step is optional)

Place potato stuffing on dosa and fold it from both the sides.

Crispy homemade masala dosa is ready to eat!! Yumm!! Yumm!!
