Chapati Pulao

Some leftover chapatis in casserole. Now no need to throw them. With the help of this short, simple and easy video recipe now you can make a delicious dish from the leftover chapatis.

Cooking Method :   

  4-5 Leftover Chapati

  1/2 Cup Chopped Onion

  1 Chopped Green Chilli

  1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

  1 Tsp Salt

  1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder

  1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds

  1 Tbsp Oil

  Fresh Coriander


Tear the leftover chapatti in pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.

Add green chili, onions and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add chili Powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Add 2 glass of water. Bring it to boil.

Add chapatti pieces, mix and cover it. Cook on low flame.

Uncover it. Switch off the flame. Add lemon juice and coriander.

Chapatti Pulao ready!!
