Cooking Method :   

  8-10 Bread Slices

  75 Gram Grated Cottage Cheese (Paneer)

  75 Gram Grated Mozzarella Cheese

  1/2 Cup Thick Spinach Puree

  1/2 Tsp Salt

  1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder

  1/2 Tsp Red Chili Flakes

Remove sides of the bread slices.

Roll it with a rolling pin.

Prepare all the bread slices like this.

Mix spinach puree, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, red chili in a bowl.

Put 1tbsp spinach stuffing on the bread slice.

Wet bread sides with the help of water.

Cover it with another bread slice and seal it properly.

Fry in hot oil on high flame till they become crispy.

Take out and serve hot.
