200 Gram Whole Wheat Flour Aatta)
1 Tsp Instant Dry Yeast
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil / Butter
1/2 Cup Homemade Pizza Sauce
1/2 Cup Sliced Onion, 1/2 Cup Capsicum sliced,
2tbsp sliced Black Olives
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Processed Cheese
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Dry Basil
1/2 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 Cup Luke Warm Milk
Take whole wheat flour on
Make a hole, add salt,
sugar, yeast and mix well.
Make a dough using milk.
Grease the work table and
knead the dough with pull and stretch method for 8-10 minutes.
Collect the dough.
Keep the dough in greased bowl and grease
the dough also.
Cover it and keep in warm
place for 40-60 minutes.
After 60 minutes the
dough has doubled in its size. Punch
the dough as shown in the video.
Divide into two equal
parts. Make balls with greased hands.
Dust the work table with
dry flour. Roll it with a rolling pin according to the pan size.
Prick with help of the
fork. Roast it on a hot heavy bottom
pan on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the lid and transfer
it to a plate.
Grease the pan with olive
oil. Keep Pizza base from reverse
side on hot pan.
Grease pizza base with
olive oil. Spread homemade pizza sauce over it.
Assemble capsicum and
onion over it.
Spread generous amount of
mozzarella cheese and processed cheese over it.
Sprinkle oregano, basil,
chili flakes and black pepper powder.
Assemble black olives
too. Cover it and allow to cook for
5-6 minutes or till cheese melts properly on low flame.
