Palak Paneer Puri

 1/2 Cup Spinach Puree (Palak)

 1+1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

 100 Gram Cottage Cheese (Paneer)

 2 Tbsp Curd

 1 Tsp Salt or to taste

 1/2 Black Pepper Powder

 1 Tsp Oil

 Oil for frying

Grate paneer. (Cottage Cheese)

Mash cottage cheese with hands.

Add whole wheat flour, salt, black pepper, curd and spinach puree.

Mix with hands and make a dough. If needed add water.

Add oil and knead it for 3-4 minutes.

Cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Make small lemon size balls from the dough.

Roll it in small discs.

Fry in hot oil on medium to high flame.
