Til Laddu

Til gud laddu or sesame jaggery candy are specially prepare on makar sankranti. These laddus are prepared traditionally with sesame seeds and jaggery. These are healthy and nutritious in winter season. Prepare these 3 ingredients homemade healthy laddus and celebrate your festival happily.



Preparation And Cooking Time

Cooking Method :   

250 gram Sesame Seeds (Til)

 300 gram Jaggery

 1 Tsp Clarified Butter

Switch off the flame when sesame seeds start popping. Transfer in a bowl.

Add jaggery and clarified butter in the same pan. Melt it on medium to low flame. Stir continuous.

Add roasted sesame seeds and mix well. It has started to thicken. Switch off the flame. Allow to cool for 3-4 minutes. Stir continuous.

Apply water on hands and take a spoonful mixture of sesame seeds and jaggery and prepare small laddu. Be careful because the mixture of sesame seeds and jaggery is still warm.
