    1 Cup Whole Milk

    200 Ml Fresh Cream

    1/3 Cup Milk Powder

    1/3 Cup Sugar

    1/3 Cup Homemade Condensed Milk

    1 Tbsp Corn Flour

    2 Ripe Guava

    1/2 Tsp Black Salt / Rock Salt

    1/2 Tsp Red Chili Flakes

    1/4 Cup finely chopped Guava

Add milk in a pan and bring to boil.

Meanwhile add 1 tbsp milk in corn flour and add in boiling milk. Stir it continuously.

Add sugar and mix till sugar dissolves completely. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool completely.

Take good quality guava and cut into wedges and remove seeds.

Make a smooth puree in blender.

Keep glass bowl in freezer for 15 minutes.

Add fresh cream and whip it till soft peaks.

Add condensed milk, milk powder, corn flour-sugar mix milk, guava puree. Mix it nicely.

Add black salt/rock salt, red chilli flakes and chopped guava.

Pour in an airtight container.

Sprinkle black salt, red chilli flakes and chopped guava. Allow to set for 8-10 hours in deep freezer.

Scoop out the guava ice cream. Serve it with black salt/rock salt and red chilli flakes.
