Methi thepla is traditionally made in Gujarat. In this video I am giving the original authentic recipe of wholewheat methi thepla. It is healthy, crispy and soft. You can have it in your tea time or breakfast with your family and friends.
Indian Flat Bread, Chhapati
1+1/2 Cup Whole
2 Cup Finely
Chopped Fenugreek Leaves (Fresh Methi)
1/2 Cup Curd
1/3 Cup Gram
1/3 Cup Semolina
1 Tsp Salt or to
1 Tsp Red Chilli
1/2 Tsp Carom
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Garam
Masala, A Pinch asofoetida
2 Tbsp Oil +
More oil for roasting
Add flour, gram flour, semolina and all dry spices and mix
