Cranberry Fudge

Surprise your guest with colorful and delightful cranberry fudge. It will win the hearts of your guest whenever you serve them. Cranberry fudge is combination of white chocolate and refreshing taste of cranberries.

Cooking Method :   

        300 Gram Chopped White Chocolate

        150 Gram Homemade Condensed Milk

        50 Gram Unsalted Butter

        1/2 Cup Dried Cranberry

Add white chocolate, butter and condensed milk in a heavy bottomed pan.

Mix on low flame. Add cranberry and mix well. Pour in a lined or greased tray. Flatten it.

Sprinkle cranberry over it. Keep in fridge for 3-4 hours.

Demould it. Cut in square pieces. Enjoy !! Homemade delicious cranberry fudge.
