Whole Wheat Pizza Paratha

Whole Wheat Pizza Paratha is easy to make and perfect food for kids. Pizza Paratha is loaded with veggies, cheese and paneer. Every mom will be happy to see their young ones eating it with interest. Children will love it. Mummy bhi khush tummy bhi khush.

Ingredients- For Dough-

 200 Gram Whole Wheat Flour

  1 Tbsp Oil (1/3 Cup)

 1 Tsp Salt

 A Pinch Baking Soda

For Stuffing -

  1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce

  1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Carrot

  1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion

  1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Capsicum

  1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Cottage Cheese (Paneer)

  1/2 Cup Grated Mozzarella

 1/2 Cup Finely Frozen Peas

1 Tsp Salt. 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

1 Tbsp Italian Herb

 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup

 Mozzarella Cheese

 

Add wheat flour, salt, soda and mix well.

Make a soft dough using water.

Add oil and knead it again.

Cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into four parts and make balls.

Roll them with a rolling pin and cut in a circle shape with the help of any round object or cutter.

We need two discs for one paratha. Apply some ghee or butter on both discs.

Place stuffing on one disc and spread evenly.

Grate generous amount of mozzarella cheese over it.

Apply some water on the sides of disc.

Cover it with another disc and seal it with fork. Roast it on a hot tava.

Cover it and roast it on low to medium flame. Flip it carefully (Quite heavy)

Apply butter or ghee on both sides.

Switch off the flame.

Remove from tava. Cut in wedges and serve hot.
