Ice-Creams and Kulfi (Frozen Dessert)

  1. ½ Liter Full Cream Milk
  2. ½ Cup Sugar
  3. 2 Tbsp Milk Powder
  4. 1 Tbsp Pistachio Flake
  5. ½ Tsp Cardamom Powder

1.       Add 2 tbsp milk in milk powder and mix well.

2.       Boil remaining milk in a heavy bottom pan.

3.       Boil milk for 10-12 minutes on low medium flame to make it thick.

4.       Add milk powder mix in boiling milk, stir it continuously for 5 minutes.

5.       Add sugar and keep it boiling for further five minutes on high flame.

6.       Add cardamom Alphonso Mango (Fresh & Hard)
powder and pistachio flakes.

7.       Switch off the flame and allow to cool completely.

8.       Take a mango cut upper side of the mango to make the lid. Remove seed with the help of a spoon to make a cavity.

9.       Fill this cavity with cooled kulfi mixture and cover it with the mango lid. Fill all the mangoes like this.

10.   Keep mangoes in a glass or a bowl so that they remain erect.

11.   Now keep them in deep freezer for 10-12 hours.

12.   Take out them out from freezer and peel them.

13.   Cut into thick slices and serve chilled.
