Ice-Creams and Kulfi (Frozen Dessert)
Add 2 tbsp milk in milk powder and mix well.
Boil remaining milk in a heavy bottom pan.
Boil milk for 10-12 minutes on low medium flame
to make it thick.
Add milk powder mix in boiling milk, stir it
continuously for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and keep it boiling for further five
minutes on high flame.
Add cardamom Alphonso Mango (Fresh & Hard)
powder and pistachio flakes.
Switch off the flame and allow to cool
Take a mango cut upper side of the mango to make
the lid. Remove seed with the help of a spoon to make a cavity.
Fill this cavity with cooled kulfi mixture and
cover it with the mango lid. Fill all the mangoes like this.

Now keep them in deep freezer for 10-12 hours.
Take out them out from freezer and peel them.
Cut into thick slices and serve chilled.
