Instant Shahi Tukda (Double ka Meetha)

Instant Shahi Tukda is very easy and quick dessert. If you want to eat something sweet then get set go in kitchen and prepare this guilt free instant sweet. I bet that you will stick to this recipe.

Cooking Method :   
  1/2 Liter Whole Milk

  1/3 Cup Condensed Milk

  1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder

  1 Tbsp Pistachio Flakes

  Few Strands of Saffron

  8-10 Rusk (Toast)

Add milk in a heavy bottom pan and let it boil.

Add saffron strands and boil on low medium flame till it reduce to 3/4th quantity. It takes about 12-15 minutes.

Add condensed milk and mix well.

Switch off the flame and add cardamom powder.            

Place rusk/toast on a serving dish, Pour reduced flavored milk over it and sprinkle pistachio flakes.
