Eggless waffle cones and bowls are easy and fun to make at home. They are crispy, delicious and the taste is better than market bought. You can fill ice creams, frozen desserts, fresh fruits and serve to guest and feel proud of yourself.
1/2 Cup All-purpose flour
Melted unsalted butter
milk + more if required
For garnishing -
baking powder in APF.
essence and melted butter and mix well.
milk and make a paste.
have a pouring consistency.
batter on non-stick pan and spread it with a spoon. The flame should be low.
turn brown flip it and cook for 30 seconds.
pan and place on a kitchen towel.
Fold it like
a cone. This step should be done fast because if it cools down you will not be
able to fold properly. Hold it for a minute.
the batter on pan, spread, flip and take from the pan.
cup place crepe on a bowl and press it gently with a small bowl. Wait for a
minute and it's done.
waffle cone add cocoa powder and 1 tsp milk in the prepared batter. Mix well.
Pour on hot
pan, spread and make a thin crepe. Remove from pan and fold it like a cone.
garnishing, dip prepared cone in melted dark or white chocolate and then in
crispy ice-cream waffle cones are ready!!!
