Tutti fruitty is the one thing which is loved by everyone and makes the sweet dishes taste even better when we add tutti fruitti to them.

  1 Kg Raw papaya

  1+1/2 Cups Sugar

  1 Tsp Vanilla essence

  Food colors- green, red, yellow (or any desired color)

Peel the papaya. Cut the papaya into small cubes.

Boil them for 7-8 minutes on high flame. After it sieve them.

Add sugar in 1+1/2 Cup of water and boil for 7-8 minutes.

Add boiled papaya cubes in sugar syrup and boil till they become transparent.

Switch off the flame and add vanilla essence.

Divide the boiled papaya cubes in three bowls along with sugar syrup.

Add respective food colors in each bowl. Mix well.

Cover them and keep aside for 8-10 hours.

As you can see how nicely the papaya cubes are coated with colors and sweetness of sugar.

The fourth, violet color is prepared on my kids demand.

Now sieve them.

Place a net on the plate and spread the papaya candies.

Use the leftover colored syrup in making desserts and innovative sweets. Cover the papaya candies with a muslin cloth and allow them to dry for 24 hours.

After a day they are done properly.

Remove them from net and store in a zip lock pouch in fridge.

Homemade tutty fruitty is ready.....
