Almond Coconut Milk Soup

Energy boosting almond coconut milk soup is a vegan soup which is perfect for the fasting days also. It is rich, creamy and a healthy soup. It can be prepared in real quick time.

Cooking Method :   

  250ml Coconut milk

  300ml water

  1/2 Cup Almond paste

  2 Chopped green chili

  1 tbsp water chestnut flour (Singhare ka atta)

  1 tsp oil

  1 tsp Rock salt (Sendha Namak)

Heat oil in a pan.

Add green chillis and allow to splutter.

Add water chestnut flour and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Add coconut milk and almond paste.

Add salt and stir continuously for preventing lumps.

Add 300ml water and bring to boil.

Switch off the flame and serve hot.

Yummy healthy almond coconut soup is ready!!
