If you have a craving for street food than this chaat is perfect for you. This is an easy and lip smacking recipe which you can prepare in minutes and relish it any time. This chaat is hygienic and healthy unlike the one sold in the streets.

 20-30 Puffed crispy puri (Pani puri)

 1 Cup finely chopped onion

 1 Cup finely chopped tomato

 1 Cup boiled mashed potato

 1/2 Cup beaten curd

 1/2 Cup Nylon Sev

 1/4 Cup Garlic chutney

 1/4 Cup Coriander green chutney

 1/4 Cup Tamarind chutney

 Salt to taste, Red chilli powder, black pepper powder

 Fresh green coriander for garnishing

Make a hole in puffed crispy puri and assemble them on a serving plate.

Fill them with boiled & mashed potato.

Now fill with onions.

Now fill with tomatoes.

Fill tamarind chutney, green chutney, curd and garlic chutney in puris.

On the top sprinkle some nylon sev.

Again drizzle green chutney, tamarind chutney, curd, nylon sev, tomatoes and onions on the top of the filled puffed puris.

Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, black salt over it.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediate.
