Achari Corn Cutlets

Trying to give a new flavor in cutlets. Yesss pickled corn cutlets, which are easy, tasty and will satisfy your spicy and tangy taste buds. Enjoy these oil free Achaari Masti Corn Cutlets in parties and as tea time snack.

Cooking Method :   

  1 Pack of pre-flavored achari masti Supa Corn

  3 Medium boiled grated potato

  1/2 Cup finely chopped onion

  1/2 Cup grated carrot

  1 inch grated ginger

  2 Finely chopped green chilli

  1tsp black pepper powder

  3/4 Cup fresh bread crumbs

  1tsp Salt

Make a paste of 3/4 quantity corn and keep the rest of achaari corn aside.

Add ground corn in a vessel. Add boiled potato, onions, carrots, green chilli, ginger, black pepper, salt, bread crumbs and corn kernels.

Mix well and make a dough.

Take a handful dough and make a cylindrical shape.

Prepare all like this.

Heat a non-stick pan and heat oil for shallow frying.

Place corn cutlets on hot tawa and shallow fry them on medium flame.

Roll them so that they are cooked properly from all sides in less oil.

Remove from the hot tawa and serve hot.

Hot and crispy Achaari Masti Corn Cutlets are ready..!!!
