Restaurant Style Bhature

Super soft bhature at home in an easy manner with simple ingredients. Taste and texture is better than restaurant bhature.

 300 gram maida (APF)

 1/3 Cup Rava (Semolina/ Suji)

 1/2 Cup Curd

 1 Tsp Salt

 A pinch of baking soda

 2 Tbsp oil

 Oil for frying

Add maida, semolina, salt and baking soda. Mix well.

Add oil and curd, mix well.

Make a dough using water.                  

Knead it for 4-5 minutes. Grease the dough with oil.

For fermentation keep it aside for 2-3 hours in summers and in winter you have to keep for 4-5 hours in warm place.

Uncover and knead it for a minute.

Take a handful dough and make a ball.

Grease the platform and ball too. Roll it in an oval shape which should not be neither very thick nor very thin.

Deep fry in hot oil. The flame should be on high.

Enjoy perfect bhatura with spicy chhole.
