Cheesy masala bun is delicious and easy to make. They are perfect as snacky ideas and liked by all.
4 Burger buns
1/2 Cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 Cup finely chopped onion
1/2 Cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 Cup blanched and mashed green peas.
1 Cup tomato puree
1 Tbsp pavbhaji masala
1 Tsp kashmiri red chili powder
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Chopped green chili
Salt to taste
1/2 Cup grated mozzarella cheese
in a pan. Add onion and green chili and cook for 2-3 minutes.
green peas, potato and all spices.
Mix well on
puree, lemon juice and cook.
Mash it with
a masher. Add water if needed.
allow to cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
make a hole in bun with a round cutter or any round bowl.
with the help of a knife.
