Khajoor Samosa

Khajoor dry fruit samosas are rich in taste, they are perfect for festivals.



Preparation And Cooking Time

Cooking Method :   

  125g Maida (All Purpose Flour)

  50 ml Oil

  1/4 Tsp Salt

For Stuffing-

  3/4 Cup De-seeded chopped dates

  1/4 Cup Chopped cashews

  1/4 Cup Chopped Almonds

  1 Tbsp Chopped Pistachio

  1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder

  Oil for frying

Add salt and oil in maida (apf). Mix well.

Add water and prepare a soft dough.

Cover and keep aside for 7-8 minutes.

Mix cashews, almonds, pistachio, cardamom powder and dates in a bowl.

Prepare lemon size balls from the dough.

Roll dough balls in an oval shape.

Cut into halves.

Make a cone shape with one half. Seal the edges with the help of water.

Fill the stuffing in cone.

Seal the ends with water.

Fry the Samosas in hot oil on medium-low flame.

Take them out from oil.

Dates/ khajoor samosa is ready to eat!!
