Herbed Cheesy Baked Potato Wedges

Potato Wedges are very easy and fast to make. They are made with very little use of oil and are loaded with herbs. Good to serve as a side-dish. Preparation And Cooking Time

Cooking Method :   

350g Peeled potato

Processed Cheese (desired quantity)

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Dry Basil

1 tsp Chili Flakes

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Olive oil

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder

Cut potato into wedges.

Arrange them in a baking tray.

Brush them with oil.

Sprinkle oregano, basil, black pepper, chili flakes, garlic powder and salt.

Again sprinkle some drops of oil.

Rub with hands, so that the herbs and oil coat the wedges.

Bake the wedges in preheated oven at 250 degree for 15 minutes.

Take them out and turn them with a spoon and grate cheese over the hot wedges.

Again bake them for another 5 minutes.

Take them out and serve hot.
