1.For stuffing add pomegranate seeds, chopped apple, cumin seeds,
black salt, and black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice and mix well. Stuffing
is ready and keep it aside.
2.Mix semolina, maida and corn flour in a bowl and make a
soft dough using water.
3.Dough is ready and let it rest for 30 minutes.
4.Make small marble size balls from the dough. Roll the
balls into small discs. Keep them covered and make sure they are moist. Fry
them in hot oil on medium flame till they are crispy. Take them out when they
are golden brown and become crispy.
5.Crispy & puffed puris are ready now.
6.For pani add jaljeera, salt, roasted cumin seeds, black
pepper, black salt, soaked boondi, mint leaves and mix well. Now add ice in the
pani and keep it chilled. Now paani is ready.
7.Pour fruity paani in short glasses.
8.In crispy puris add the stuffing and place them on the short
