Here I have tried to present the fusion of Frozen Yogurt and mango shrikhand in a Popsicle form. It is a rich, cool and refreshing frozen dessert. It is healthy and easy to make and can be given to kids as it is a nutritious food.
Ice-Creams and Kulfi (Frozen Dessert)
Layerd Frozen Yogurt Popsicle
3/4 cup Hung Curd
1/2 cup Mango Puree (to add in yoghurt)
1/2 cup Condensed Milk
In a bowl add hung curd and condensed milk, whip it till it becomes creamy.
Take ½ amount of the mixture in an another bowl for layering.
Add mango puree and again whip it till it is mixed well.
Now fill the popsicle mould with the prepared mixture in layer according to
Close the lids of the moulds and keep in deep freezer for 9-10 hours.
Take out them from freezer and demould them.
