Hot and spicy mirchi vada in a new avatar- Mirchi Vada Pinwheels. It is easy to make, easy to serve and eat. When u want to make some spicy food, you can prepare it at home and can relish it in rainy season.
Green chilies (Mildly spicy)
1tsp Salt (or to taste)
1tsp Red Chili
1tsp Dry Mango Powder (aamchur)
1/4tsp Garam Masala
Boiled Mashed Potato (4 medium sized)
-1Cup Gram Flour
-1/2tsp Carom Seeds
-1/2tsp Red Chili
-1pinch Soda bi-Carb
In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes and all spices.
The filling is ready.
Make a slit in chili and remove seeds.
Stuff the chilies with potato filling and cover them from outside also.
For batter add all the required ingredients and make a batter using water.
Dip the stuffed chilies in the batter and fry them in hot oil till golden
Cut 1/2inch thick slices of the mirchi vadas.
