Whole wheat mocha banana cake is a good use of over-ripe bananas. It is healthy and easy to make. One can make it when he/she is desiring to eat something sweet as it is quick, simple and requires few ingredients.
1 Cup whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Oil
1tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1tsp coffee powder
1/2Cup Over-ripe Banana Puree
1tbsp Soaked and Chopped Raisins
1/4Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/4cup Milk (or required)
Sieve whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and
salt in a big bowl.
In another bowl mix oil and sugar till creamy.
Add banana puree and mix well.
Add walnuts and raisins and mix well.
In coffee add 1tbsp water and dissolve it and mix it in the batter.
Now add the sieved dry ingredients in wet ingredients and mix gently.
Add vinegar and required milk in the batter and mix well.
