Kebabs are now ready to serve hot.
100 Gram grated processed cheese
3 medium size boiled grated potato
Fresh bread crumbs of 4 slices
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
Mix potato, cheese, fresh bread crumbs, salt, black
pepper and oregano.
Mix with hand and make a dough consistency.
Make small balls from the dough.
Roll the balls in dry bread crumbs.
Deep fry them in hot oil on high flame. Do not fry more
than 5-6 balls at a time.
You can preserve remaining balls in air tight container
for a week in deep freezer.
