Kaju Paan

Here I have given a new look and taste to the most famous Kaju Katli ( kaju barfi ), that is " KAJU PAAN ". I have added gulkand, which gives it a refreshing taste. You can make it on any occasion and gift to your loved ones. This can be a good gift to express your love to your family



Preparation And Cooking Time

1 cup Kaju (cashew) powder

2 tbsp Milk powder

1/2 cup sugar powder

1/2 cup chopped cashew and almonds

1/2 cup gul kand (rose petal jam)

1/2 tsp green food colour

2 tsp warm water

2 silver leaf (chandi varak) optional

Mix cashew powder, sugar, milk powder in a bowl.

Add warm water in green food colour and mix in cashew mixture. Make a soft dough.

Grease your hand with ghee and make lemon size balls.

For stuffing add gulkand and chopped cashew and almonds.

Grease the board and rolling pin with ghee and flatten it. Cut it with 3.5 inch diameter round cutter.

Divide the circle into four equal quarters.

Make cone shape from the quarters and fill the stuffing.

Cover with silver leaf (chandi varak).

Kaju Paans are ready to enjoy with family and friends!!!
