Veg Jalfrezi is a spicy and tangy mix veg, which we can prepare at any time. We can serve it to guest which is different from the vegetables prepared in homes.
1 Cup Tomato Julienne
1 Cup Capsicum Julienne
1 Cup Carrot Julienne
1 Cup Cauliflower florets (blanched)
1 Cup Sliced Onion
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup curd
2 tbsp oil
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and cook till light brown.
Add chopped onion and cook it for 5-6 minutes.
Add all spices and cook for 1 minutes.
Add chopped tomato and cook it till tomato becomes tender.
Add 1/4 cup Water.
Add curd and mix well.
Add sliced onion, carrot, capsicum, tomato, cauliflower and cook for 8-10
Add lemon juice, switch off the flame.
Serve hot with chapati or naan.
