Crispy Veggie Pops

Crispy Veggie Pops are very easy to make. They are made from ingredients which are easily available in our kitchen pantry. They can be stored and can be enjoyed anytime as a snack. The veggie pops are very crispy and deli

Cooking Method :   

1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage

1/2 cup finely chopped carrot

1/2 cup finely chopped french beans

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup finely chopped cauliflower

1/2 cup finely chopped coriander

2 medium sized boiled potatoes

1/2 cup semolina (rava)

1tsp salt, 1tsp black pepper, 1tbsp kitchen king masala

For batter- 1 cup all purpose flour(maida), 1/4 cup corn flour, 1/2 cup corn meal, 1/4tsp salt

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

2 tsp oil

1 cup ice cold water

Heat oil in a pan and cook onion for 3-4 minutes.

Add carrot, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, coriander, and potato. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add salt, black pepper and kitchen king masala.

Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add semolina and cook till it absorbs all the water.

Transfer in a bowl and allow to cool.

In an another bowl mix all purpose flour, corn flour, corn meal, salt, 1tsp oil and make a thick batter using ice cold water.

Now make marble size balls from the veggies.

Dip veggie balls in batter, then cover with bread crumbs.

You can store in an air tight container in freezer for 14-15 days.

Take out them from freezer and deep fry in hot oil.

Crispy hot veggie pops are ready....!!!!
