Chinese Parcel

Chinese Parcels are easy to make and good as a party starter. These Parcels are very crispy and delicious too. You can prepare them on very short notice.



Preparation And Cooking Time

Cooking Method :   

2 cup Broken & Boiled Noodles

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum

1/2 cup finely chopped carrot

1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage

1/4 cup chopped spring onion's greens

1tbsp soya sauce

1 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tbsp White Vinegar

1tsp red chili sauce

1tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

2tsp maida

Samosa Patti

2tsp oil

Heat oil in a pan.

Add onions, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, onions greens, noodles, salt, pepper, vinegar, chili sauce, ketchup, soya sauce and saute for 2-3 minutes on high flame.

Add water in maida and make a thick paste.

Now divide samosa patti in two parts.

Keep in cross and assemble as shown.

Make sure to seal the corners with maida paste.

Prepare all parcels like this.

Fry all the parcels in hot oil on low flame.

Enjoy the crispy hot parcels........!!!
